Tom Stefanick will be a special guest panelist at the upcoming C4ISR Symposium in San Diego, April 22-24.  With fellow expert panelists, he will be discussing how non-kinetic Cyber warfare and Kinetic warfare will be integrated in the future.

Dr. Stefanick joined Metron in 1988 and now manages the Systems & Analysis division.  Prior to joining Metron, Dr. Stefanick was a Science Fellow with the Armed Services Committee of the US House of Representatives.  In 1987, Dr. Stefanick was awarded the Science, Arms Control and National Security Fellowship from the Association for the Advancement of Science, and a MacArthur Foundation Grant for Research and Writing on National Security Affairs.  Dr. Stefanick’s first book, Strategic Antisubmarine Warfare and Naval Strategy, was selected as a finalist for the Furniss Award for outstanding book on international security.
