Metron awarded an estimated $33,359,688 multiple award for cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to provide analytical, engineering, scientific and programming services in support of the program objective memorandum of the Chief of Naval Operations in the areas of manpower, fleet readiness and logistics capabilities. The Navy Analytic Office (NAO) promotes the Chief of Naval Operations vision and strategic goals by providing the analytic support required to align priorities across the Navy. The 5-year contract award is expected to be completed by October 2025. As a previous award winner, Metron continues to support the Navy, the Chief of Naval Operations and the NAO through this contract vehicle while meeting the analytic requirements of the Fleet and the Navy writ large. The intended outcome is modeling, simulation, war games, experiments and exercises providing rich, shared data to support and refine naval war fighting concepts and to inform budget priorities and decisions.
