Greg Yadzinski is Chief Operating Officer at Metron, responsible for turning technical capability into operational delivery across the company’s national security programs. At Metron, he focuses on execution: aligning teams, scaling capacity, and ensuring that the company’s technical depth translates into systems that perform in the field.
Greg brings more than 30 years of experience developing high value technical solutions and leading organizations serving defense and intelligence missions. His work spans systems integration, sensing, RF and embedded processing, software, manufacturing, and full lifecycle management. Before joining Metron, Greg held executive leadership roles at Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), Alion Science and Technology, and Commonwealth Technology Innovation (CTI), driving growth, delivering mission-critical capabilities, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Mr. Yadzinski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA from the George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
