The partnership combines Cellula’s commercial off-the-shelf AUV platforms with Metron’s adaptive mission autonomy, undersea warfare expertise, mission planning, and decision superiority capabilities. Built on successful collaboration supporting the Defense Innovation Unit’s CAMP project, the agreement gives defense customers a faster path to fielding modular, open-architecture autonomous undersea systems with endurance, reliability, payload flexibility, and long-term support for demanding maritime missions.
